ISO 9001:2015
RVC operates an ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System, providing a structured framework for quality control across our design, engineering and production activities.
From vehicle receipt through to final inspection and delivery, documented processes provide consistency, accountability and full traceability throughout every build.
Vehicle Standards & Compliance
Every RVC conversion is designed and completed with consideration for applicable UK vehicle legislation, manufacturer requirements and vehicle-specific body-building guidelines.
Where additional vehicle approval is required, this is identified as part of the design and engineering process, helping ensure modifications maintain the safety, integrity and compliance of the base vehicle.
Health & Safety
We operate within a comprehensive Health & Safety management framework aligned with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and associated workplace requirements.
Risk assessments, method statements and safe working procedures support our workshop activities and help protect our employees, customers and vehicles throughout the conversion process.
Environmental Management
Richell Vehicle Conversions is committed to reducing the environmental impact of our operations through responsible sourcing, waste segregation, recycling and the reuse of suitable components wherever appropriate.
We continually review our processes and supply chain to identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve environmental performance.
Data Protection
We take the protection of customer, supplier and employee information seriously, with our data handling procedures aligned with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Appropriate controls are maintained around the collection, storage and handling of information, with policies reviewed as part of our wider compliance processes.
240v Electrical Installations
All 230/240V AC electrical installations undertaken by RVC are designed, installed and tested in accordance with the relevant requirements of BS 7671 – Requirements for Electrical Installations.
This provides a recognised standard for the safe integration of mains-voltage electrical systems within our specialist vehicle conversions, with appropriate inspection and testing carried out as part of the build process.
