Nic Richell

Nic started Richell Vehicle Conversions back in 2022 with his wife Lorraine.
He is an experienced automotive industry professional with 23 years experience within the Emergency Services Vehicle conversion market.
He has also worked in multiple roles in the supply chain we now rely on, with an extensive list of key industry connections dating back years.
Nic has had roles from Vehicle Technican through to Managing Director.
Lorraine Richell

Lorraine started Richell Vehicle Conversions back in 2022 with her husband Nic.
She works closely with Nic making key business decisions and managing our HR department.
On top of this, Lorraine steers our Procurement team, and has built some great relationships with suppliers along with raising and keeping track of purchase orders.
Lorraine has a lot of experience from previous roles that enable her to take hold of the HR side of our business in a very professional manor.
Dan Whittingham
Electrical Engineering Manager

Dan has many years of experience in the vehicle conversion sector.
In his time in the industry, he has progressed from Vehicle Technican to Electrical Engineering Manager for RVC and is highly skilled in multiple areas including vehicle conversion, electrical engineering, programming and fault finding.
Dan has a varied role between workshop and office, and is also customer facing, working closely with Nic & Liam to conduct pre-build meetings with customers and provide support.
Liam Booty
Sales & Account Manager

Liam stepped foot into the Vehicle Conversion sector back in 2022.
In this time he has progressed from Vehicle Technician to Sales & Account Manager with a few roles in-between allowing him to see multiple angles of the industry & business.
As Sales & Account Manager, he works closely alongside Nic to provide customer quotations, manage customer accounts, write tenders, run pre-build meetings and help customers with any technical queries along the way.
With a keen interest in networking and business development, Liam enjoys building new connections and strengthening relationships to help RVC grow. He also looks after our website, MRP system, Microsoft 365 server, and the other technical systems that keep things running smoothly.
Joe Richell
Finance Manager

Joe joined the business in 2023 as our Finance Manager.
Before stepping into the role, he spent four years as an Apprentice Assistant Accountant, during which he successfully achieved his Level 4 Diploma in Accounting.
With his father Nic having been part of the business for over 23 years, Joe has grown up around the world of blue and amber light vehicle conversions. Since joining RVC, he has expanded his knowledge even further, enabling him to provide valuable support across multiple areas of the company.
Jamie Perry
Workshop Manager

Jamie began his career in the vehicle conversion sector back in 2022, and in this time has progressed from Vehicle Technician to Workshop Manager.
Jamie has over 35 years experience in the motor trade, he is a highly experienced technician and has trained multiple technicians from the point they leave school through to being fully qualified.
He has managed to pull multiple skills through from his time in the motor trade, including diagnostics which is a particular strength of his.

Matt joined the Richell Vehicle Conversions management team as our Procurement Manager. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS), and brings a wealth of experience and strong connections within the blue and amber light vehicle conversion supply chain.
He oversees all of our purchasing, parts, and procurement activity, ensuring we have the right components at the right time. Matt’s expertise and supplier network play a key role in strengthening partnerships and supporting our commitment to delivering the highest-quality solutions for our customers.
Sophie Richell
Production Controller

Sophie joined RVC as our Production Controller, she is responsible for overseeing build slot planning and supporting other key areas of the business including HR. Her role is central to ensuring our projects run smoothly, with schedules carefully managed and production aligned to customer needs.
Before joining RVC, Sophie built up a wealth of experience in the Wedding & Events sector, where she developed strong skills in management, planning, and scheduling. This background gives her a unique perspective and a fresh set of eyes when it comes to coordinating complex projects and keeping everything on track.
Her organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to bring structure to busy environments make her a fantastic addition to the team. We’re excited to see the positive impact Sophie will bring to our operations and to our customers.
